Plant City Strawberry Muffins

The easiest muffins you’ll ever make! They are Light, delicate and delicious!

1 ½ cups all purpose flour

½ cup chilled butter, cut into 6 pieces

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 /4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

2 teaspoons red wine

½ cup walnuts

1 cup fresh strawberries, cut up

In food processor bowl, use knife blade. Add the flour, butter, sugar, soda, and salt.

Process for 10 seconds.

3. In small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Beat well. Add mixture to other ingredients. Process 10 to 15 seconds.
4. Add sherry. Turn processor on. Then off quickly.
5. Add nuts. Process 10 seconds. Add strawberries. Process 10 seconds.

Bake in small muffin cup pans at 350ç F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until just light brown. (If using regular muffin cup pans, bake 18 to 20 minutes.)

Makes: 36 small muffins or 18 regular

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
