Butterscotch Panna Cotta

Makes 4-6 Servings


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces butterscotch candy
  • 15 ounces cream
  • 1 each vanilla bean, seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Robot Coupe candy until finely crushed

STEP 2
Add hot cream and vanilla bean seeds; stir to melt candy

STEP 3
Add bloomed gelatin

STEP 4
Let mix cool to room temperature (about 70 degrees F)

STEP 5
Pour into 4 to 6 ounce glass

STEP 6
Fill until 2 ½ ounces full

STEP 7
Bloomed gelatin: Add gelatin to small amount of water and heat until dissolved
