Klaus’ Strawberry Soup

This dish is best served in frozen soup dishes and garnished with strawberry slices.

Serves: 4


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pint strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup ginger ale
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Whole strawberries sliced for garnish

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender or container of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill well.
