Stone Crab With Pier House Mustard Sauce
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 1 cup dark brown mustard, such as Guldens
- 1 cup Key Lime juice
- 4-6 pounds Stone Crabs, chilled
- Key Limes or lime wedges
To prepare the sauce for the stone crabs, whisk mustard and mayonnaise together in a medium size glass bowl. Slowly pour in the Key Lime juice and whisk until sauce is smooth. Chill for about 1/2 hour or more.
Serve sauce in small ramekins with chilled mustard sauce, along with drawn butter and Key Lime wedges.
