Stone Crab With Pier House Mustard Sauce


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 1 cup dark brown mustard, such as Guldens
  • 1 cup Key Lime juice
  • 4-6 pounds Stone Crabs, chilled
  • Key Limes or lime wedges

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
To prepare the sauce for the stone crabs, whisk mustard and mayonnaise together in a medium size glass bowl. Slowly pour in the Key Lime juice and whisk until sauce is smooth. Chill for about 1/2 hour or more.

STEP 2
Serve sauce in small ramekins with chilled mustard sauce, along with drawn butter and Key Lime wedges.

STEP 3
serves: 4
